Celebrating Fat Tuesday


This is how we at the Part-Time Animal House (yup, still open to suggestions for House names...) celebrate Fat Tuesday: We make food.

This gumbo was made by PP aka Pooki using a recipe from Cooking Light Soup. She added some extras like kale (the new spinach) and crawfish. And instead of using red snapper, she substituted it with tilapia. The gumbo was pretty fantastic. Recipes are available upon request.

P.S. Don't judge my bowls. They are fine china! 1 five piece set of this Mikasa Currents fine china set is selling for $60 on Ebay. I'm going to make a fortune when I sell them!
