Food baby: /fud ˈbeɪbi/ -noun 1. The pooch in my midsection that no matter how much I work out I will never get rid of because of how much I enjoy to eat, specifically, out. These are my opinions of mostly Indianapolis area restaurants and how well they're helping my food baby grow.

Irish Stout Stew
Warm stew and gin and tonics are required on cold Saturdays. Around St. Patrick's Day, I found this recipe for Irish Stout Stew using Guinness. Ingredients included beef, carrots, potatoes, garlic, and other spices. I cheated and put everything together and just boiled for an hour, instead of putting the meat in - boil 1 hour, then add veggies - boil another hour. Still turned out really well. Paired it with some lightly toasted Rosemary and olive oil bread and it was very yum. Recipe available upon request.
